Las Vegas native Crystal Clements has led a life that lends itself naturally to comedy. Most of her friends are gay, someone once found a rubber chicken in her freezer, and she has really bad luck with men.
She has graced the illustrious stages of Comix, Gotham, and depressing basements all over the city.
Nights that she's not out doing comedy, she can be found writing porno scripts for money, drinking her way to an early grave, or sitting in her room, alone, rocking in the corner.
Despite the despondant tone of this biography she wrote herself, she's a spirited, upbeat host for our Wednesday mic at Port 41 and makes a really fantastic cheesecake.
Oh, and on October 14, 2010, she made out with Kiefer Sutherland... Awesome.
Derik won a comedy contest in 2004 at the Gypsy Comedy Club in St. Augustine, Florida, Derik became a club favorite and was featured several times that year for traveling headliners. He then emceed at The Improv in Downtown Orlando.
Derik developed his act in some of the best NYC comedy clubs and was a featured comedian in a weekly comedy showcase at The Duplex, the West Village's most famous cabaret club.
After roadwork down South in 2008, he returned to NYC in 2010 where he affiliated himself with the Brooklyn Comedy Underground performing regularly wherever there is a microphone.
Gracing the Monday mic with his sweet demeanor and welcoming introductions. Then warms and shocks the crowd whenever he says the word, "pussy". He says "pussy" a lot.
To put it simply, Shakir "Shak" Standley is one of the coolest cats you'll ever meet in the history of your life. Originally from Chicago, the rising stand-up comedian/writer moved to New York to pursue a career in comedy.
He is now the host of Brooklyn Comedy Underground's 8pm Friday "Mic and Cheese" open mic at The Creek and The Cave (Long Island City), or what he likes to refer to as "Shak's Basement Party". What makes this mic a "Basement Party" you ask? It's in a basement...and he plays the coolest, newest music for you to shake your "phat" ass to. Shak is the man...and he did not write this bio.
Kunal Arora is a stand up comedian from NYC. He hosts the Cucumber Sandwich Mic on 4pm Sunday at O'Hanlon's Bar. The only thing you need to know about him is: 5 minutes, lottery drawn, and Free. Allegedly, Charles Barkley said this about Kunal's demeanor, "...anything less would be uncivilized."
Edward Dominguez is a Dominican- American stand up comedian. He grew up in Brooklyn, NY and Providence, RI and has been doing stand-up since November of 2004.
You can catch Edward hosting 'Sweet AwesomeSauce' on Thursdays.

Catch him collecting laughs at shows and open mics throughout NYC, serving o'deurves, or bartending topless at a local gay bar. (He's straight as an arrow, ladies. No worries.)
Dear Stephen,
Is Mark really your last name? I heard once you were challenge to take your penis out by an audience member. Is performing comedy in parks and subway platforms as hard as it looks? And will my boyfriend still like me if I don't have sex with him?
-Confused and hungry-
Just Google his name, folks.
Jeffrey Joseph is a veteran of the game with TV and movies appearances. his credits are almost endless.
SWM - Looking for a nice girl who understands that him talking about having sex with 12-years old is just a joke.
"Everything in Texas is big and HILIARIOUS!" -Weird person with hat-
"Funny as hell!" -Some guy we may know-
Joel got his start in comedy as a camp counselor, hosting nightly campfires to a crowd of children. His act reflects this silliness and insults the intelligence of any audience member older than eleven.
Joel graduated from the University of Southern California and worked as a filmmaker and writer. His films have been
shown at festivals across the country and his writing has appeared in The New York Times. He also spent four years with a San Diego Chargers as a back up Tight End. Surprisingly, only one of these statements is false.
When he's not doing comedy he enjoys eating foods stuffed with other foods, making collages & putting bottle rockets in mailboxes.
Jordan Hubert grew up climbing trees and eating coconuts in the Tanzanian Rain Forest. He later grew thumbs and learned to walk upright, at which point he moved to New York City and began performing stand up comedy.
